Notes Prep Time: 45 minutes Bake Time: 25 to 35 minutes Tools: 9" x 13" baking pan Oven 350 degrees INGREDIENTS 2 Cups packed light brown sugar 2/3 cup butter 2 large eggs 2 tsp pure vanilla 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1 cup (8 oz) of dark chocolate pieces 1 cup, pitted whole fresh or canned cherries (do not chop)

Pan Fried Panko Chicken Drum Sticks

Who can resist pan fried chicken?! 1. Mix together equal amounts of Panko Crumbs and Parmesan Cheese. Add Italian Spice Mix to your taste. Mix in a shallow bowl. 2. Fill a Shallow bowl with 1 egg and 1/4 to 1/2 cup of whole milk, or half n half. Dip your chicken drumsticks into the egg and milk. 3. Coat the dipped chicken drum stick into the panko mixture. Set aside onto a seperate plate.

Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook time: 39 to 48 minutes Pan Size and Preparation: 8" x 8" lightly grease with cooking spray, butter, or shortening Oven Temperature: 350 degrees
