Who can resist pan fried chicken?!
1. Mix together equal amounts of Panko Crumbs and Parmesan Cheese. Add Italian Spice Mix to your taste. Mix in a shallow bowl.
2. Fill a Shallow bowl with 1 egg and 1/4 to 1/2 cup of whole milk, or half n half. Dip your chicken drumsticks into the egg and milk.
3. Coat the dipped chicken drum stick into the panko mixture. Set aside onto a seperate plate.
4. Pour 1 to 1 1/2 inches of oil into a heavy bottomed, high sided pan that has a lid.
5. Heat your oil to 375 degrees.
6. When oil is ready, carefully place as much chicken as you can into your oil. Cover and cook for 5 to 8 minutes per side. Be sure to keep your oil temperature around 375 degrees.
7. Cook chicken to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
